BioLabs Research is a supplier of research-grade chemical compounds to qualified researchers, laboratories, and research institutions. We do not sell consumer products. We do not sell medicines. Every compound we ship is manufactured, labeled, and sold for in vitro laboratory research use only — and we enforce that boundary with a zero-tolerance policy.
1. Who we sell to
By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm and warrant that:
- You are at least 21 years of age
- You are a qualified researcher or operate within a controlled laboratory environment
- Purchases are made solely for legitimate research purposes
- All information provided is accurate, current, and complete
- You understand the health and safety hazards associated with handling laboratory chemicals and compounds
- You will comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding the purchase, possession, handling, storage, use, and disposal of research compounds
By purchasing any product from BioLabs Research, the purchaser represents and warrants that:
- The purchaser is at least 21 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
- The purchaser is a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or institutional buyer with appropriate training in handling research chemicals;
- The purchaser has the necessary facilities, equipment, and safety protocols to handle, store, and dispose of research compounds in accordance with applicable safety standards;
- The purchaser will not use, resell, distribute, or otherwise transfer any BioLabs Research product for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, or any purpose other than legitimate in vitro laboratory research;
- The purchaser will not provide dosage information, administration protocols, or usage guidance to any third party;
- The purchaser will maintain accurate records of all purchases and disposal of products as required by applicable regulations;
- The purchaser will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, handling, storage, and disposal of research chemicals;
- The purchaser is not listed on any government restricted party, denied person, or sanctions list.
By purchasing from this Website, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Products are intended strictly for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research purposes
- Products will not be used for human or animal consumption, injection, ingestion, inhalation, or any form of human or animal application
- You possess the knowledge, training, equipment, and facilities necessary to safely handle laboratory research compounds
- No content on this Website should be interpreted as medical advice, clinical guidance, or research instruction
2. Prohibited uses
The following uses are strictly prohibited. Products shall NOT be used for:
- Human or animal consumption, injection, ingestion, inhalation, or any form of human or animal application
- Diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical applications
- Compounding under Sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act
- Performance enhancement or aesthetic purposes
- Any consumer, agricultural, or commercial applications
- Educational demonstrations involving human or animal subjects
- Resale, redistribution, or transfer for any use other than legitimate laboratory research
The foregoing list is not exhaustive. BioLabs Research reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe the Customer has violated or intends to violate these Terms.
BioLabs Research does not promote or encourage the use of products for human consumption and does not provide guidance related to such use. Any reference to human consumption or medical use may result in immediate order cancellation and permanent account termination.
The purchaser bears full legal responsibility for ensuring that all products are used in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any use of our products for purposes other than legitimate laboratory research may constitute a violation of the FD&C Act and may subject the purchaser to regulatory sanctions, civil liability, and criminal penalties.
3. Prohibited communications
BioLabs Research assumes that the Customer is familiar with the products being purchased and does not provide any type of guidelines or suggestions regarding use of the products. If a Customer asks us for such information, the Customer will be informed that we cannot provide usage guidance.
The Customer acknowledges that any request for usage guidelines may be considered evidence of lack of qualification and may result in order cancellation and/or account termination.
BioLabs Research, its employees, officers, agents, and representatives are strictly prohibited from providing dosage information, administration protocols, reconstitution guidance beyond standard laboratory procedures, or any other instruction that could be interpreted as guidance for human or animal use. Any customer who requests dosage information, administration protocols, or usage guidance for purposes other than legitimate in vitro laboratory research will have their account immediately terminated and may be permanently blacklisted from future purchases.
Customer service representatives, chatbots, automated systems, and all communication channels operated by BioLabs Research are trained to deflect and refuse any request for dosage, administration, or usage guidance. If a customer persists in requesting such information after being refused, their account will be flagged and terminated in accordance with our Zero-Tolerance Policy (Section 12).
BioLabs Research does not employ licensed medical professionals and does not provide medical advice, clinical consultation, or therapeutic recommendations. Any communication from BioLabs Research personnel should not be interpreted as medical guidance.
4. Enforcement
Any communication by the Customer which leads us to believe that the Customer will use or intends to use our products in a manner other than that for which they are intended will result in a refusal to sell and permanent account termination. All collected information will be added to our internal database, which every order is checked against.
If a Customer receives a ban, it is permanent. BioLabs Research will not, under any circumstances, tolerate the misuse of the Website or the products sold on the Website.
Any breach of these representations and warranties constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account termination, potential blacklisting, and may subject the purchaser to legal liability including indemnification obligations under Section 15.
BioLabs Research maintains an internal blacklist registry of customers who have violated these Terms and Conditions, requested dosage or usage guidance, indicated intent for human or animal consumption, or engaged in any prohibited use as defined in Section 11. Customers placed on the blacklist will be permanently prohibited from purchasing from BioLabs Research and may be reported to other peptide suppliers and relevant industry databases.
By purchasing from BioLabs Research, the purchaser acknowledges that their information may be shared with industry blacklist registries if they violate these Terms and Conditions. BioLabs Research reserves the right to share blacklisted customer information with law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and other peptide industry participants for the purpose of preventing misuse of research chemicals.
5. Screening and verification
BioLabs Research reserves the right to request verification or documentation at any time to confirm compliance, including proof of research affiliation with a laboratory, institution, university, or research-based facility. Failure to provide verification within five (5) business days of request shall result in automatic order cancellation.
We reserve the right to deny access to the Website and sales of products to any underage or unqualified individuals. Accounts that fail to meet eligibility or compliance requirements may be suspended, restricted, or permanently terminated at our sole discretion.
All orders submitted through the Website are subject to internal review and acceptance. Submission of an order does not guarantee fulfillment. Prices displayed on the Website are invitations to conduct business, not binding offers. A contract is formed only upon our written confirmation of acceptance of your order, which may be provided via email or through the Website.
BioLabs Research reserves the right to:
- Cancel or decline any order at our sole discretion, including after an order is confirmed or a payment is received
- Request additional verification or documentation prior to shipment
- Limit quantities or restrict product access based on account status
- Refuse service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion
6. Why this policy exists
All products offered through this Website are designated Research Use Only (RUO). Products are not intended for human or animal consumption and are not approved for medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, or veterinary use.
BioLabs Research operates exclusively as a chemical supplier of research-grade reference materials classified as Research Use Only (RUO). The following disclaimers apply to all products sold on this Website:
- Our products are chemical reference standards intended for use in controlled laboratory environments by qualified researchers
- Products have not been tested, evaluated, approved, or cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other governmental regulatory agency for safety, efficacy, or any intended use
- Products are not drugs, biologics, dietary supplements, food additives, cosmetics, or any other category of product regulated for human or animal use
- No product sold by BioLabs Research is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, medical condition, or health-related condition in humans or animals
- BioLabs Research is not a compounding pharmacy as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act)
- BioLabs Research is not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of the FD&C Act
- BioLabs Research is not a pharmaceutical manufacturer, distributor of finished drug products, or clinical supplier
The RUO designation indicates that our products are intended solely for non-clinical laboratory investigations and scientific research. RUO products may not be marketed, prescribed, administered, or used in any human-directed or animal-directed application without an Investigational New Drug (IND) application and full clinical validation through the appropriate regulatory pathway.
The statements made on this Website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Products sold by BioLabs Research are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. BioLabs Research makes no claims regarding the therapeutic, diagnostic, or preventive properties of any product.
No information on this Website should be construed as medical advice. All products are sold as research chemicals for in-vitro laboratory research use only.
