Bulk & Volume Research Orders
BioLabs Research supports laboratories, universities and research teams that need larger quantities of the same research compound. When you order 10 or more units of a product, volume pricing applies, and orders of 50 or more units are quoted individually by our team.
Bulk orders are not instant checkout. You send an inquiry, our team checks real stock and confirms your price, and only then do you receive a payment link or invoice. Every batch has a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) available on request, and every shipment is dispatched with tracking.
Volume pricing tiers
Tiers are counted per product: the number of units of the same product in your inquiry sets the price for that product.

How it works
- Send your inquiry. Choose the products and quantities you need, and tell us about any COA or lot preference.
- We confirm stock and price. Our team checks available inventory and confirms your unit prices. If we can't cover the full quantity, we tell you exactly what's available.
- Pay after approval. Once you approve the quote, you receive a payment link or an invoice. Nothing is charged before approval.
- Tracked dispatch. Your order ships with tracking to an address in the contiguous United States.
There is no instant checkout for volume orders. Payment happens only after our team has confirmed stock and price.

What is the minimum quantity for volume pricing?
Volume pricing starts at 10 units of the same product. For 1–9 units, please order through our regular checkout.
How do the volume tiers work?
Tiers are counted per product. 10–24 units and 25–49 units each have their own unit price, shown on this page. Orders of 50 or more units of a product receive a custom quote from our team. Some products show "Available on request", which means our team will quote them individually.
Can volume pricing be combined with coupons or other offers?
No. Volume pricing cannot be combined with other offers, including coupons and promotional pricing.
What is the lead time for a volume order?
Lead time depends on the products and quantities you request. It is confirmed in your quote after our team completes a stock check.
Is a COA available for each batch?
Yes. Each batch has a lot number, and a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available on request. Add your COA or lot preference to the inquiry form and we'll confirm it in your quote.
Where do you ship volume orders?
We ship only to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and DC). Every order is dispatched with tracking.
How do I pay for a volume order?
After you approve your quote, you receive a payment link or an invoice. You can pay by card or crypto via our standard payment options. For volume orders approved by invoice, the cryptocurrency payment window is 24 hours from the time the invoice is issued, as stated on the invoice. Unpaid invoices expire and reserved units are released.
