Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via the admin@biolabsresearch.co. We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
Damaged or incorrect lots should be reported via the contact form or by emailing admin@biolabsresearch.co. Orders are handled through inquiry resolution. Where a refund, store credit, or replacement is approved, we confirm the outcome by email. Refunds or credits apply only when a paid order exists.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product sent). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
