How lot reports are published
Where a product has a published lab report, its product page shows the report on file for that lot: the lot number, the laboratory named on the report, the report date, the purity result and method, the content result, and whether the report includes a mass-spectrometry identity test. If a field is not on the report, the page says so. A report describes only the lot printed on it.
Some listings have no published report yet. Those pages say “No published COA” rather than suggest one exists. All published reports are in the Lot COA library.
Shipping and returns
Orders ship by FedEx with tracking. Free shipping applies to orders of $85 or more. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days; see Returns and Shipping for the full terms.
